The lovely and talented Lisa from Sleeping Gems, changed our bad habits and was able to give us our life back, within a couple of weeks. We couldn’t believe it and wished we had called her earlier.
Our first daughter used to scream herself to sleep, no matter what we did. When the second baby came along things had to change as it was waking her up. We realised we needed help.
Lisa came to our home and explained a better routine to implement, which we started straight away, it started to work immediately. The screaming stopped - that was the biggest joy. It is now a delight to put her to bed.
